Born in Florence, Saviero Sbaragli, trained with great Italian and French chefs.  Now he is the stellar chef of La Tosca in Geneva, a restaurant dedicated to Tuscany, whose products and traditions he honours with talent, offering a modern cuisine that’s all about freshness and finesse.

When it’s dark and cold outside, take refuge in the warm and cosy atmosphere of our winter garden.
From November until spring, our lush patio is transformed into an idyllic shelter: peaceful and bright during the day, it offers a unique setting for lunches or meetings. In the evening, enjoy a drink or dine under the stars.
