Born in Florence, Saviero Sbaragli, trained with great Italian and French chefs.  Now he is the stellar chef of La Tosca in Geneva, a restaurant dedicated to Tuscany, whose products and traditions he honours with talent, offering a modern cuisine that’s all about freshness and finesse.
