Two brothers with a shared passion and exceptional culinary credentials. Audacious cooks and culinary designers with an adventurous spirit, they like to shake the boundaries of the culinary world and provoke encounters. Their cuisine is daring and creative, inspired by their many travels.
They were our partners for the opening of Eastwest and they are back to celebrate our 10th anniversary, sharing with us their festive, gourmet passion.

He has lived and worked in the Dominican Republic, French Polynesia, the United States … and has experience in bartending , travel and special events around the world. Today, he is primarily a cocktail designer and operates in more than 150 hotels around the globe.
He joins us for a special evening of French gastronomy and fashion, putting all his talent at our service for the greatest pleasure of our guests!
